1. About lBOPLAYER-TV

lBOPLAYER-TV is owned and operated lBOPLAYER-TV Team. Our service allows users to activate the lBO-PLAYER application (the “App”), a media player for music and video files.

2. License to Use the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the App requires our prior written consent.

3. Restrictions on Use

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
• Use any automated system, such as robots or spiders, to access the App for any purpose.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation through the App.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Transmit any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful or disruptive components.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, along with all text, images, graphics, logos, and other content (the “Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved, and you may not use any Content without our express prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and the license to use it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is otherwise harmful to our interests.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in the State of California.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and lBOPLAYER-TV concerning your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
