We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of lBO Player activations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after the 7-day refund period.
  • If the software has been activated and used for more than a minimal amount of time.
